1. About These Terms

These Terms are entered into between you and Hong Kong Xunsha Cloud Technology Co., Limited (registered address: Unit A5, 7th Floor, Queen's Building, 34 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong) in relation to the SkinShark platform. Your access to or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time with not less than 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. SkinShark Services and Accounts

  • SkinShark is an online intermediary platform for virtual items supported by Steam, with no affiliation to Valve Corporation.
  • SkinShark acts only as an intermediary and does not own virtual items or participate in transaction agreements between users.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age and provide true, accurate registration information.
  • You must link a valid Steam transaction URL and authorize the Company to access necessary Steam information for transactions.
  • You warrant that you are the legitimate holder of your Steam account and all virtual items are unencumbered.

3. User Conduct and Content

You must comply with applicable laws. You shall not provide illegal or infringing Content, use cheating tools or unauthorized software, reverse engineer the Services, or engage in fraud or money laundering.

4. Virtual Item Transactions

Prices are set by selling users. Items are provided "as-is." Payments are deposited into your SkinShark balance. Since Steam item exchanges are real-time and irreversible, transactions cannot be canceled after completion except in statutory circumstances.

5. Payment Methods and Fees

SkinShark provides various payment methods via third-party providers (Stripe, Gate.io). A service fee is charged per transaction at the rate announced on the platform.

6. Refund / Fund Recharge Policy

No refunds for violations of Terms. Refund requests for recharges without transactions must comply with AML requirements. Minimum recharge is $10 USD. Supported methods include cryptocurrency, credit card, and other announced methods.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC Policy

The Company may initiate KYC verification per AML/CTF requirements. Suspicious activities may result in refused transactions, removed listings, or banned accounts at the Company's discretion.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties. The Company's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the six months prior to the claim. Force majeure events are excluded from liability.

9. Breach and Indemnification

Violations may result in Content removal, account suspension or termination, legal proceedings, or disclosure to law enforcement. You shall indemnify the Company for all claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

SkinShark logos and names are trademarks of the Company. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use only, which terminates upon violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then before Hong Kong courts.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid clauses do not affect remaining clauses. Contact: support@skinshark.gg. In case of language conflicts, the Chinese version prevails.
